Delivery & Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from us but if for any reason you are not satisfied or you change your mind, our return policy is easy and straight forward.

We are happy to offer full refund or exchange on any item (whether sale or full priced item)  you are not satisfied with within if returned within 14 days of receipt  in their original condition, unworn/unused and with all tags attached in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we can not accept returns for the following items:

Health and personal care items 

Underwear ( e.g vests) and socks

Gift Vouchers

Items that are handmade to order ( Pre-orders)

If you wish to return any item purchased using our payment plan, we will only offer discount voucher(s) in return 

How to make a return

Items must be securely packed. We recommend that you return the items via recorded delivery or obtain proof of posting from the post office. We will not be able to refund items that are lost in transit or held responsible where items do not reach us. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning an item(s) unless the item was delivered to you in error, damaged or defective. Also note that all our items are inspected for defects before being posted.

All unwanted items together with original invoice must be returned to our registered address.

Once we have received the items and inspected them, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the items. When the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. For all items returned more than 14 days after purchase date, a credit note or voucher will be issued. Items returned after 21 days will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size please call us, or email orders@zeezeebaby.co.uk we can check we have the item in stock and reserve it for you. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send the new item using our standard delivery service. Next Day Deliveries (Uk Only) Monday to Friday if Ordered before 2pm

International orders:

U.S.A Standard Delivery £12 5-7 days 

Australia Standard Delivery £12 5-7 working days 

Europe Standard Delivery £4.99  3-7 days 

Rest of the World Standard delivery £15  5-10 Days
